1st Bavarian Handball Cup – The moment you play for!
Welcome to one of the most exciting handball events of the year! The Bavarian Handball Cup is more than just a tournament – it is the largest youth handball tournament in Southern Germany and a platform for young talents, a place for international exchange, and a celebration of handball passion. Teams from all over Europe come together here to play, learn, and create unforgettable moments.
We invite you to become part of this special community. Whether you are taking part in an international tournament for the first time or you are already experienced – here you will find the right challenge for your level.
This is how your tournament weekend works
Get ready for three days full of handball, emotions, and community. Here’s your roadmap:
- Friday, April 3 – The kick-off: Start is at 1:00 PM with registration at the Allianz Arena. A special highlight: if you wish, your team can tour the stadium!
- Saturday, April 4 – Opening ceremony & group stage: From 8:00 AM, the tournament begins with the opening ceremony and then the ball is in play! In the age groups U13 to U19 (m/f), each team plays at least 5 matches. An intense day full of development and fair play.
- Sunday, April 5 – The final & award ceremony: Today, the decisions are made in the knockout matches. In the evening, we celebrate the winners and togetherness at the big award ceremony, before heading home (Sunday evening or Monday).
