As the joint team Eintracht Dachau-Karlsfeld, we bring together two traditional clubs.

The Bavarian Handball Cup is part of this mission. A tournament that gives young players the opportunity to compete and surpass themselves, playing against teams from all over Europe in an atmosphere that inspires and unites.
In March 2023, the boards of TSV Eintracht Karlsfeld and TSV Dachau 1865 laid the foundation: the establishment of the new handball association Eintracht Dachau-Karlsfeld. What initially began as a temporary solution for the boys' youth teams quickly developed into a success story. Because both sides knew: Together we are stronger. Together we can pool talent, improve structures, and sustainably advance handball in the region.
What motivates us? Seeing young players develop into well-rounded individuals. On the field. And in life.
TSV Eintracht Karlsfeld Handball with heart since 1947
Handball is simply part of Karlsfeld. As early as 1947 – even before the club was officially founded – people were throwing, fighting, and celebrating here. In 2022, TSV Eintracht Karlsfeld looked back on 75 years of handball history : successes, setbacks, many special matches, and countless talents who began their sporting journey here.
From the beginning, one thing was clear: youth is the focus. TSV sees itself as a training club. With passion, dedication, and a clear goal: to support, challenge, and provide young people with a sporting home.
A special milestone: the promotion of the first youth team to the Landesliga (regional league). A success that shows what is possible when dedication, talent and team spirit come together.
TSV Dachau 1865 Handball with history and style
TSV Dachau 1865 is one of the oldest sports clubs in the region and has been closely associated with handball for almost 100 years.
The department was founded back in 1932. Much has changed since then. The passion for the sport has remained.
A special moment: In 1985, TSV was a founding member of the Women's Second Handball Bundesliga. And in the same year, they became South German champions. Today, around 210 athletes play for the club – spread across nine teams, seven of which are youth teams.
TSV Dachau 1965 is therefore a well-established name in youth development. With foresight, sporting quality, and a big heart for young talents.

What unites both clubs? The love of the game. The passion for youth development. And the desire to take handball to the next level. On and off the court.
With the founding of the joint team Eintracht Dachau-Karlsfeld, this shared attitude became a true partnership. It's a clear sign: Together we achieve more.

The Eintracht Dachau-Karlsfeld handball club has a clear goal: to inspire young people to play handball and support them on their journey – both athletically and personally. We meet children and teenagers where they are and help them grow step by step, exceeding their own expectations. Training session after training session, game after game.
